Welcome to my creative journey filled with stories waiting to be shared. I’m one to embrace the beauty of vulnerability, the power of perseverance, and the magic of language. I’m a full-time lecturer at Old Dominion University and a young writer starting this journey, but I’ll share every struggle and success with you so we can learn and grow together.

I’ll be putting out short stories and essays while teaching-full time, but what I’m most excited to share with you all is my memoir, Wet Behind The Knees. I’ll post every essay from it as they get published and be transparent about the work of getting the memoir as a whole published while looking for representation. While this site is all about me, writing dies without a community, and I hope to build a cohort of young writers trying to make it in a world that appears to grow bleaker with each day.
